Order and Payment

Is registration required to purchase?

Yes, purchasing in our web store requires registration.

When does the contract between me and the webshop officially come into effect?

After placing your order, you will first receive an automatic confirmation. The contract is formed when we confirm the order details and expected delivery in a second, non-automatic email.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose from two secure methods: you can pay in advance by bank transfer (to Mário István Szabó, Revolut account) or by online bank card through the Shopify Payments system.

Is there a possibility of cash on delivery?

No, cash on delivery payment method is currently not available in our online store.

Delivery and Pickup

What shipping methods can I choose from and how much does delivery cost?

The delivery is carried out by the Foxpost courier service. The home delivery fee ranges between 1990 HUF and 5690 HUF, depending on the weight of the package. You can also request the package to be delivered to a Foxpost Parcel Point or a vending machine, the fee for this is 1690 HUF for packages weighing 0-20 kg.

Over what amount is shipping free?

If the value of your order exceeds 50,000 HUF, we will cover the shipping costs (within Hungary).

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The general delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Do you ship abroad?

No, we currently only deliver within Hungary, we do not accept international orders.

Cancellation and Returns

I changed my mind, can I return the product?

Yes, as a consumer (private individual), you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Who pays the return shipping fee?

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. We are unable to accept shipments sent by cash on delivery or courier.

When and how will I get my money back?

We will refund the full amount (including delivery costs) within 14 days of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original method, but we reserve the right to hold the product until it has been returned to us.

Warranty and Complaints Handling

What should I do if I received a defective product?

In this case, you can make a warranty claim or (in the case of durable consumer goods) a warranty claim. You can request the product to be repaired or replaced. Please contact us immediately at info@ravestate.eu.

What if the product breaks down immediately?

In the case of new durable consumer goods, if the defect occurs within 3 working days of purchase and prevents its intended use, we are obliged to replace the product.

Where can I report a complaint?

You can send your comments and complaints in writing to the email address info@ravestate.eu or by post to 6400 Kiskunhalas, Széchenyi utca 18. FSZ. 3. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 14:00.
