Payment and Shipping – excerpt from the GTC

(excerpt from the Ravestate webshop GTC, effective: 2025-11-06; in case of any discrepancy, the GTC shall prevail)

Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery: According to the GTC, cash on delivery is not available .
  • Bank transfer: You can also pay for the goods by bank transfer. In case of transfer, the following details must be used:
    • IBAN : LT82 3250 0267 3594 7379
    • Beneficiary name : István Mário Szabó
    • BIC (SWIFT) : REVOLT21
    • Notice : order number
  • Credit card payment (Shopify Payments):
  • The payment is processed by Shopify Payments, and your card details are not shared with the merchant.
  • After clicking the “Pay” button, the customer is redirected to the Shopify Payments payment page, where they can enter their card details. They will receive an email with the transaction results, and then be redirected back to the online store page.
  • The service operates in accordance with the usual security and verification procedures for bank card payments.

After payment is made, the seller sends a confirmation; the goods are only shipped or handed over after receipt of the consideration.

Shipping methods and fees

Delivery is available only within Hungary; we do not accept foreign orders and there is no personal collection. Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 working days of confirmation; the Seller will provide separate information about a longer deadline, but not longer than 30 days .

Foxpost Parcel Points are easily accessible; the recipient can collect their package within 5 business days during opening hours based on the Foxpost notification.

Free shipping

  • For orders over 20,000 HUF, home delivery is free.
  • Free shipping is only valid in Hungary and does not apply to oversized products or products that cannot be delivered by courier; the seller reserves the right to withdraw free shipping in justified cases.

Other conditions

  • The seller fulfills orders only with advance payment by bank card or bank transfer; cash payment is not possible.
  • The seller withholds the delivery of the goods until he is satisfied that the purchase price has been successfully paid.
  • The seller reserves the right to make the fulfillment of the next order conditional on the advance payment of the purchase price and shipping fee in the event of a previous order not being received.
