Earplugs
Earplugs are the one rave accessory you don’t wear for style — you wear them so you can still hear the music in ten years. In a club or in front of a festival stage, sound pressure regularly goes above 100–110 dB; at that level, hearing damage is a question of hours, not years.
It matters that not all earplugs are the same. Cheap foam plugs muffle everything, but they cut the high frequencies disproportionately — that’s what makes the music sound dull, like it’s under a blanket, and it’s why most people take them out after ten minutes. That’s why we stock filtered earplugs designed for music: they reduce volume evenly across the whole frequency range, so the music stays the same, just quieter.
High Fidelity is the version optimised for sound quality — for musicians and frequent ravers. Noiseless Ring offers protection on the same principle at a lower price.
Both are reusable, come with a case, and include two pairs — because earplugs are the kind of thing you lose. Put one pair in your bag and forget about it.
